Return and Exchange Policy


Voloope is happy to accept your return as long as all the following requirements are met:


  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear
  • Return packages must include a completed return request form to ensure processing the correct exchange.  (Note: If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays or errors in processing

Upon the arrival of the package a detailed inspection will be taken by our Quality Control Department in order to determine your return’s quality conditions.  If the products are not approved and are found in an unhealthy/damaged condition we will immediately send a notification to you and the products will be free to request back as long as the shipping costs are covered by the customer.


Approved returns are eligible for an exchange of equal or lesser value of items(s) returned.


Delivery Package Issues

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items.  If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item:  Please email customerservice@voloope.com within 2-7 days of delivery.  Include a photo and description of the issue along with your order number to ensure a timely resolution
